Conscientiogram:
A shared methodology to support increased self-knowledge

The conscientiogram is the most valuable tool to increase self-knowledge and conduct self-analysis currently available. Nonetheless, the many intricate, complex and advanced ideas contained or implied in every sentence of each topic in the conscientiogram makes its effective use a challenge for those who are not familiar with it.

To add even more complexity to the process, it is unusual to find a person who has a clear vision of him/herself. Ordinarily, we see ourselves as either worse than we actually are in relation to specific points or better than we actually are in relation to others - sometimes we have complete blind spots about personality traits.

The format of this dynamic, interactive course resembles an ‘examination setting’ composed of the following elements: one moderator, three members of a facilitating panel, one examinee, and the participants.

The examinee is a volunteer and ordinarily, more than one individual is examined during each course. Examinees can also be participants or facilitators.

The examinee chooses a page from the conscientiogram concerning a theme that interests them and that they would like to understand themselves better in relation to. The moderator, the facilitating panel and the participants contribute their opinions of the questions and comments that help the examinee perceive themselves more clearly, overcoming their blind ‘spots’.

The end result for the examinee and indeed, all those involved, is an expansion of the mentalsoma and liberation of previously repressed energies that may have caused undesirable connections to extraphysical consciousness.
