Consciential Derepression Description: By identifying numerous intraconsciential and interconsciential mechanisms of repression and by trying to understand how and why these exist and how we are impacted and effected by them we set ourselves on the path to be free of such repressions now and in the future. The seminar will offer various practical techniques and ideas that can be used to assist in the process of conscious derepression of ones individuality.
