IIPC Addresses

Editors’ Foreword

The third issue of the Journal of Conscientiology presents us with Seifer’s and Gutierrez’s articles which address the nature of consciousness and its perceptual field, as well as Lima’s reflection on the Cartesian mind-body dualism in face of the multidimensional reality of the consciousness. In addition, the second and concluding part of Pitaguari’s paper on the consciential paradigm gives us an engaging view of this leading-theory.

We invite you to read Bonassi’s candid report of his experimentation with the Three Hours of Physical Immobility Technique and we encourage you to apply this technique yourself. It is certainly an interesting and worthwhile experience, and you are welcome to contribute your personal account to IIPC’s research database in Rio de Janeiro, where we aim to come to meaningful insights into the processes of this technique through the compilation of numerous reports from around the world (please see address of IIPC Headquarters at the end of this publication).

We also have in this issue Vieira’s recently published update to the Research Areas or Subfields of Conscientiology. Those who are not familiar with this science will greatly benefit from this article as it clearly demonstrates the depth and breadth of the science of conscientiology.

The IIPC continues to expand its worldwide activities for the purpose of allowing the scientific community and the public in general to access conscientiology’s body of knowledge, which can function as a tool for the advancement of personal maturity and self-awareness. This expansion favors the exchange of research and ideas with organizations and individuals all over the world.

In the course of this drive, in 1998 the IIPC conducted a successful series of conferences in Beijing, China. In addition, in October 1999, Barcelona will host the 1st Forum on Consciousness Research and the 2nd International Congress of Projectiology, both events planned and organized by the IIPC.

We invite you to participate in this exchange of research and ideas and contribute to the enrichment of consciousness research. As such, you are welcome to submit a paper to JC, as well as to send us your comments and suggestions.

The Journal of Conscientiology is now being edited in London, since its editors have recently moved from the US to the UK to be in charge of the IIPC London office. The JC will, however, continue to be distributed by the IIPC Florida office, and it still counts on the invaluable contribution of a team of translators and revisers based in several countries.

The glossary of conscientiological terms will soon be republished in the JC to support those unfamiliar with conscientiology terminology. You can also visit IIPC Web Site (www.iipc.org) at your convenience and download the glossary available in English and Spanish. Once again we emphasize that, in conscientiology writings, the article "the" before "consciousness" is intentionally used in order to convey the meaning of individual essence per se (popularly referred to as self, soul, spirit) and not the state of consciousness as in being lucid or aware.

Consciousness & the Anthropic Principle

Marc J. Seifer

ABSTRACT: All questions regarding human consciousness and the relationship of the psyche to the construction of the cosmos revolves around an in-depth investigation of the word CONSCIOUSNESS. By defining the term, we find that its components are complex and multidetermined. This text suggests that such properties as awareness, purposeful action, organization, design, and even decision making are inherent not only in our minds, but also within the structure of matter. The difference is quantitative as well as qualitative, with threshold barriers separating different realms. Consciousness as an attribute of the cosmos lies on a continuum. It's components are also present from the start. The lawful nature of the universe is a self-evident proof of this hypothesis.
Human consciousness, according to the theory, is hierarchically determined. At the lower end is mechanical behavior. At the higher end is increased intentionality and cognitive interaction with the subconscious strata of primordial mind. With the realization that consciousness permeates matter, theories on evolution, cosmology and mind/brain interactions are seen in a new light.

A Conscientiological Understanding of the Process of Intraphysical Perception

Alfredo Gutiérrez

ABSTRACT: This article explains how the Consciousness, energy and the holosoma interrelate to assemble the perceptual field we call objective reality. Underlying the events we experience through our senses and central nervous system is a complex energetic process of which we are minimally conscious at best. The basic premise herein established is that the intraphysical consciousness is the result of subtle energy interactions that occur outside the conscious field. Our understanding of these interactions will be based on the synthesis of the insights of modern philosophers, the findings of contemporary physical science and the foundation concepts of the Consciential Paradigm.

A Paradigm for Counsciousness

Antonio Pitaguari

ABSTRACT: This article concludes an examination of the consciential paradigm begun in the previous issue of this journal. In this issue the author develops a logical argument while discussing how to understand this new paradigm. He seeks to clarify the process that begins from the moment of understanding consciential awakening (CA) and leads towards multidimensional self-awareness. The argument is developed by focusing on some deep intraconsciential aspects in the search for integral evolutionary maturity. The author states that from the view of this new paradigm external evidence is not as important for consciousness as it is in the conventional paradigm. The article elaborates on the importance of lucidity and intra and interconsciential communications in the consolidation of neosynapses. Some of the characteristics of energy in attention are also considered. It tries to clarify that one important component in transformation - recycling or inversion - is the comprehension of various types of experienced and overridden emotions and sentiments in successive intraphysical and extraphysical lives. A Paradigm for Consciousness is a courageous proposal to aid the self-motivated development of one’s consciousness. This is an animic process produced at will within the parameters and internal limits of each one.

Conscientiology Research Areas

Waldo Vieira

Entirety. In holomaturology, conscientiology is the science that studies the consciousness in an integral, holosomatic, multidimensional, multimillenary and multiexistential fashion and above all, according to the consciousness’ reaction to immanent energies (IEs) and consciential energies (CEs), as well as the consciousness’ multiple states of manifestation (Thosenology).

Pulverization. There was no intention to pedantically pulverize the universe of conscientiological research into specialties. However, taking into account the broad scope of the relevant topics which involve the intraphysical consciousness, this author did not find another didactic resource other than addressing this issue.

Criteria. The synoptic table arrangement is based on an ordering criterion which organizes the research areas into 6 logical orders according to their spatial coverage. Each research area encompasses its succeeding sub-areas of lower logical order which themselves represent an area of study. For example, holosomatics is the study of the full set of the vehicles of manifestation of the consciousness: soma, holochakra, psychosoma and mentalsoma. Each one of these vehicles is in itself a very complex research topic, making it necessary the creation of specific specialties for each one (Refer to Synoptic Table).

Anatomy. According to the spatial criterion, the elaboration of the synoptic table is analogous to an anatomic study, whereby each element (research area) is situated in relation to the others (parts) and the whole (conscientiology).

Evolution. Another argument which justifies this synoptic table is the evolutionary criterion: From an evolutionary standpoint, each research area is superior to the preceding one. For example: Egokarmology, Groupkarmology and Polykarmology. However, the evolutionary criterion is not applicable in all cases, this is why the criterion of spatial coverage was most often used in the elaboration of the synoptic table, since it is applicable to all cases.

Areas. The following are the 70 research areas or scientific specialties, within the ample universe of research in conscientiology and its major scientific fields:

Psychosomatics. Psychosomatics is the area of conscientiology that studies the emotions of the consciousness, arising from the psychosoma, the parabody of desires. It is a field of holosomatics.

Recexology. Recexology is the area of conscientiology that studies the philosophy, technique and practice of existential recycling within intraphysicality, which begins with intraconsciential recycling. It is a field of intraphysicology.

Resomatics. Resomatics is the area of conscientiology that studies the somatic rebirth of the extraphysical consciousness who goes into the temporary condition of intraphysical consciousness. In so doing it leaves behind the extraphysicality to exist in the intraphysicality. It is a field of intraphysicology.

Serenology. Serenology is the area of conscientiology that studies the Homo sapiens serenissimus (or serenissimus), their personal traits, characteristics and evolutionary consequences. It is a field of conscientiometry (holomaturology).

Sexsomatics. Sexsomatics is the area of conscientiology that specifically studies the soma with regards to its sex or the sexsoma and its relations with the intraphysical consciousness whether it is a man or woman. It is a field of somatics.

Somatics. Somatics is the area of conscientiology that studies the soma or human body within the holosoma or in relation to the other vehicles of manifestation of the consciousness, in its multidimensional evolution. It is a field of holosomatics.

Thosenology. Thosenology is the area of conscientiology that studies the thosenes (thoughts, sentiments, energies), thosenity and the thosenators of the consciousness, their paraphysiology and parapathology. Self-thosenity is the consciousness’ mechanism of incessant expression in all manifestations in any dimension. Consequently, thosenology is the concept (theory) and the substrate (practice) which acts as the foundation of conscientiology. This area of conscientiology has not yet (1999) been discovered by conventional science.

Course. According to mentalsomatics, a regular conscientiology course within a formal educational curriculum must include at least these 70 disciplines or areas of research as well as their more notable scientific fields.

Originality. Out of the 70 research areas, there are 12 which are more original and relevant regarding their purpose and technical consequences. These are listed here together with their research highlights:

Conscientiocentrology: the consciential bond within the conscientiological intraphysical society.

Conscientiotherapy: The daily practice of the Penta (Assistantiology).

Cosmoethics: the evolutionary consciential incorruptibility.

Despertology: the lucid epicenter (man or woman).

Holomaturology: the recuperation of cons or hyperacuity in human existence.

Invexology: the experience of the clarification task by the evolutionary duo.

Macrosomatics: the intraphysical consciousness who has a macrosoma in the condition of an active minicog within an assistantial, interconsciential and multidimensional maximechanism.

Paragenetics: the innate ideas and their consequences in intraphysical life.

Proexology: self-aware achievement of completism and the existential moratorium.

Projectiology: the condition of multidimensional self-conscientization (MS).

Serenology: the Homo sapiens serenissimus in the condition of evolutionary model.

Thosenology: the personal or groupal holothosene and its fundamental materthosene.
