Bioenergies In Nature

Bioenergies In Nature

Bioenergies in Nature is an outdoor course focused on developing experiential knowledge of energy.  Held during the summer months in a natural setting (usually a local park), it is a 3-hour practical workshop during which attendees perform a variety of bioenergetic (chi, prana) exercises and techniques.  The course's relaxed pace and soothing environment are aimed at more than enjoyment; they help students to meld their energy systems with the natural surroundings, allowing for a deep unblocking and a noteworthy increase in their experiential knowledge of energy.

During the course, an experienced instructor first guides students through a relaxation exercise, then a variety of energetic-control techniques and sensitivity exercises.  This is followed by a freeform period during which students are guided through sensing and distinguishing the energies of various aspects of the natural setting: geoenergies (earth, rock), phytoenergies (trees, plants), hydroenergy (water), aeroenergy (air), zooenergy (animals), and others.

This class is an enjoyable, relaxing way to develop one's practical understanding of and ability with energy.  The class is 100% free for IAC members (basic and above) as a recognition of their support and also of IAC's commitment to investing in their experiential understanding.   Many members are regular attenders, both taking advantage of the opportunity for developing their energetic sensitivity, and enjoying the soothing tranquility of the energetic environment.

Mastering our personal energies is one of the keys to maintaining equilibrium, becoming more self-aware, identifying and overcoming emotional imbalances, maintaining psychic self-defense, unlocking our potential, and developing our parapsychism.
