ABSTRACT:

This paper proposes some characteristics of advanced extraphysical societies to support the questioning of cosmocracy – a more advanced politics based on the principles of the Cosmos: universalism, megafraternity and cosmoethics. The author researches the roots of cosmocracy, the democracy in Greece and the signs of its structuring and implementation, which are present in the current international organisms, such as the United Nations, and in the economic blocks, such as the European Union. Finally, it relates cosmocracy to parapedagogy, evidencing experimentation as an antidogmatization “vaccine", and the non-preconception, the antistigmatization and the freedom of expression as ways to turn the classroom into a cosmocratic atmosphere by excellence.
