The Mechanism of Paradidactic Intercooperativity
This paper raises the issue on synchronicities perceived in assistance relationships, and its own search for understanding this mechanism. Besides that the importance of intentionality, authenticity and parapsychism for a more effective communication by the conscientiological educator in clarification contexts is presented. During this research, it was observed that the lack of the instructor’s intraconsciential recycling regarding his/her insecurities can harm the intercooperativity and the clarification during the assistAntial context. From several facts and parafacts experienced and presented by the author, it is concluded that the level of transparency with himself/herself and the focus on others are the keys to a successful cosmoethical communication, to a more qualified performance with the technical assistance team, and to the educator’s more lucid participation in the mechanism of the paradidactic intercooperativity.
