ABSTRACT:

This article is the result of a self-analysis and self-confrontation undertaken by the author with the purpose of improving his personal assistantial stance. It strives to offer tools to those interested in recycling their values by means of self-research. Through self-analysis one expands one’s self-knowledge, facilitating, therefore, the interconsciential assistantiality and affinity to those assisted.
