Developing Your Consciential Motivation

Developing Your Consciential Motivation

We are constantly asking ourselves about our personal level of motivation. Frequent examples are:
- "...It's difficult for me to finish that course..."
- "...I can't lose weight...I started a diet three days ago and have stopped it already..."
- "...I need to work but I feel so tired, I think I should see a doctor or get some vitamins..."
- "...I should study today, but I don't feel motivated enough..."

Are some of these questions common in your life? Have you thought about why it is sometimes difficult to overcome some apparently simple barriers and finish tasks like those mentioned?

And why, on the other hand, are some activities, tasks and attitudes easier to maintain or accomplish, requiring minimal effort, and giving us a feeling of real enjoyment? Comparing these contrasting scenarios, have you wondered why you have more motivation for some activities than others? The following subjects: predisposition, difficulty, overcoming and controlling our actions, are very intriguing for many researchers.

This course will present a broad angle and new approaches to the concept of the motivation-work-leisure trinomial introduced by conscientiology, showing that the consciousness is highly complex with very interesting attributes still to be understood. Among the main topics of the course will be an exploration of the motives that guide each of us to perform certain actions, participate in certain activities, and have certain attitudes and even certain thoughts.

From the perspective of projectiology and conscientiology, this course integrates the consciousness, its bioenergy, and its evolution with motivation, providing the participant with a scientific and organized analysis of the subject. The methodology and techniques presented in this course are base on self-research, since it offers the best possibilities for making individual and definitive change, or intraconsciential recycling.

In essence, this course aims to help anyone who wants to obtain tools, techniques and information to study their personal level of motivation, and to benefit from information that will help them lead a more productive existential program.
