The IAC Research Campus provides a unique combination of optimized physical infrastructure and a specially cultivated energetic atmosphere (energetic field), resulting in the ideal environment for:
- Individuals wishing to have parapsychic/psi experiences and increasing their self-awareness (especially via the self-research laboratories)
- Major scientific symposia and conferences
- Major educational events and workshops.
A key feature of the 250,000 m2 (62 acres) complex is its innovative, leading-edge set of consciential laboratories, each designed to provide an ideal environment for self-experimentation and research on a specific theme. These laboratories engage the individual as both the researcher and the object of study as they offer prime conditions for the participant to observe and analyze their personal psychic experiences.
The IAC Campus supports the establishment of two condominiums for resident researchers, scholars, and volunteers. These condominiums contribute to the growing, active, and developing campus community.
As part of its development policies, the IAC campus incorporates sustainable ecological practices. The campus staff currently undertakes projects related to the maintenance, re-establishment and improvement of flora, fauna and natural resources while concurrently investing in new energetically efficient technologies and constructions. Systems that are already installed for the sustainability of the area include the generation of electrical energy through photovoltaic panels, solar heating, smart irrigation, composting, waste recycling, rain water harvesting and storage through cisterns (including a cistern with 540 thousand liters of capacity.)
Current facilities of the Campus include:
- The Immobilitarium is a semi-spherical construction with a radius of 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) dedicated to the performance of the waking physical immobility technique.
- The Projectarium is a spherical construction with a 4.5-meter (15-feet) radius dedicated to the production of out-of-body experiences or conscious projection.
- The Cosmoconscientiarium is a semi-spherical construction, 4 meters in radius, dedicated to facilitating a personal expansion of the consciousness (cosmoconsciousness) and mentalsomatic projections.
- The Phytoenergy Laboratory or Phytolab is a ‘lab in a tree’ or ‘tree lab’ that is built into a majestic tree (cork oak, Quercus suber), and is powered by photovoltaic panels, in order to avoid cables and electromagnetic interference. It was designed to facilitate the experience of sensing the unique characteristics and experiencing the effects of phytoenergies, the natural energies that emanate from plants and trees.
The IAC Campus Holoarchive (library) consists of, among other collections, an archive of nearly 35,000 books mainly in the area of consciousness studies and psi phenomena. Such collection includes rare and autographed books from pioneering consciousness researchers. In addition to books, the library stores encyclopedias, dictionaries, journal collections, newspapers, periodicals, and other collections.
The IAC library will be open to the public. In addition, IAC plans to scan and make available to the public rare/out of print copyright-free material, in favor of making knowledge and research material available to a wider audience. A fund-raising project is in motion to support the construction of the Holoarchive and Library installation and to make these plans possible.

All construction carried out in the IAC Campus is graded Level A+, with building techniques and material that brings higher energy efficiency, thus reducing consumption and carbon footprint.

Main photovoltaic system; producing approximately 25% of total consumption of IAC Campus with a 4200 W rated power (28,8 m2 / 310 square feet solar panel).
