A weekend to learn about subtle energies and astral travel. Disconnect from routine work, daily tasks and stagnant mental states. Stop for a moment the urgencies created by human society and give yourself the opportunity to dive into your own being and potentially restore your energetic balance.

■ Guided energy practices (group, indoor and outdoor).
■ Guided techniques to induce out-of-body experience (astral travel).
■ Our self-experiencing labs are one-of-a-kind for astral travel practices, sensing and controlling your own energy, mindfulness, expanding Consciousness, connecting with the energies of nature, etc.
■ Video discussions (topics related to spiritual development).
Includes:
■ The retreat activities.
■ A session in one of our self-experimentation labs.
■ All meals and snacks during the retreat.
■ Accommodation in shared rooms. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. On first registrations you secure your place in the Campus accommodation (only 4 double rooms available) otherwise you will be assigned another room nearby. In case you need daily transportation, IAC will pick you up at the beginning of the morning and at the end of the day. If you prefer a single room, you can request it by sending us an email at campus@iacworld.org at an additional cost of 30€ per night.
Note: The retreat includes a session in one of our laboratories. This will be selected through a lottery to be held on the day of the retreat. Don’t worry, if you wish to do extra sessions, you can schedule them during the retreat for an additional fee.
