The out-of-body experience, or astral projection, is a natural phenomenon that we experience every night, often spontaneously and without remembering it.
The greatest challenge for people lies in inducing astral projection—that is, triggering it when, how, and where we want, with greater control and autonomy during the experience.
Success is not guaranteed, but knowing how to apply astral projection techniques may help bring about an out-of-body experience.
Preparing the setting and paying attention to suitable psychological, physical, and emotional conditions take time and determination, but they are important for inducing astral projection.
Because the physical body is the densest of the bodies through which consciousness manifests, alongside the mental, energetic, and emotional bodies, it requires careful attention to comfort and the stillness needed for astral projection. The key is to make the physical body comfortable enough that the practitioner can forget about it during the experience.

To this end, choose a safe, familiar, quiet, clean place with a pleasant temperature and low light. The physical body should be rested, allowing for a state of relaxed alertness.
The projective posture technique consists of keeping the physical body comfortably still in a reclining chair or lying on your back, with your arms relaxed at your sides. Relaxation is achieved gradually by slowing the breath and releasing tension in muscle groups.
Avoiding diuretic or stimulating foods and drinks prepares the body for a healthy, uninterrupted astral projection, without the need to stop to attend to bodily needs.
Physical preparation for astral projection helps induce a calm, determined state of mind. Studying, reading, and discussing astral projection can create the mental saturation that helps induce it.
Signs that your consciousness may be leaving the body include involuntary muscle movements; a decrease in heart rate as the body relaxes; reduced nervous-system activity; and a gradual, comfortable slowing of the breath.
You may also notice a feeling of lightness, as if your extremities were inflating or stretching, and sounds inside the head caused by the pressure of consciousness leaving the body at the start of astral projection.
The shift in mental activity from the physical brain to the extraphysical brain can cause a blackout of awareness. The practitioner may suddenly find themselves out of the body without fully perceiving the exit process.
A lucid astral projection, or out-of-body experience, is within reach of anyone who wants to try it.
We invite everyone to try the astral projection techniques. We wish you rewarding projections.
