HOW TO DEVELOP PARAPSYCHIC ABILITIES
Parapsychic abilities are the various ways of perceiving, distinguishing, and interacting with nonphysical reality. Because they arise spontaneously and come naturally to some people, many mistakenly think they are a gift reserved for the privileged or the more evolved. Ancient peoples, such as the Greeks, knew about these abilities and consulted oracles for advice or predictions from the gods, who spoke through priests and priestesses considered superior beings with extraordinary powers. Many religions, too, are based on “revelations” received from gods, guides, and angels, which can lead to the assumption that someone who communicates with nonphysical entities is more evolved than ordinary people.
However, this interaction with nonphysical reality, known as parapsychism, is inherent in human beings; it is not a “gift” reserved for the privileged. If it is not a gift, what explains why some people do not experience this kind of thing lucidly?

The good news is that anyone can develop these abilities through study and practice, even if they consider themselves thick-skinned and insensitive to “things beyond.” In fact, this “beyond” is all around us. We are immersed in it, constantly exchanging contact and influence. Does that sound frightening? It does to many people, who would rather not hear about the subject. But this fear comes from the insecurity of the unknown, and it needs to be overcome. How? Through study and practice with guidance from experienced instructors, as in IAC courses. Students receive support in their development starting with the basic CDC – Consciousness Development Course, for those who want to take their first steps on this path.
What does it take to develop parapsychic abilities? First, the will to do so—not a passing desire that disappears after a few failed attempts. We mean an unwavering determination that leads to sustained effort, ongoing study, discipline, and perseverance. Consider other areas of life: how much time does a university-trained professional, a master's graduate, or a PhD spend on their field before reaching its highest levels? We can also choose to prioritize mastery of parapsychic abilities because they are valuable tools for evolution, opening up unsuspected perspectives on everyday reality.
Now, two very important points to keep in mind: do not wait for spectacular phenomena before valuing your first achievements, and do not compare yourself with someone else. Everyone has their own pace and particular way of perceiving.
TYPES OF PARAPSYCHIC ABILITIES
- Clairvoyance: the ability to see the aura, energy fields, and nonphysical consciousnesses—spirits.
- Telepathy: the ability to communicate information between two people without speaking, also known as thought transmission.
- Psychometry: the ability to perceive the energies of objects or places and, as a result, obtain information about them.
- Clairaudience: the ability to hear sounds of nonphysical origin, particularly those of nonphysical consciousnesses—spirits.
- Precognition: commonly known as premonition, the ability to predict future events.
- Conscious projection, or the out-of-body experience: a person temporarily leaves the physical body and can communicate directly with nonphysical consciousnesses, as well as see nonphysical environments in subtler dimensions and distant physical places. It is the most complex ability of all.
ENHANCING PARAPSYCHIC ABILITIES

Many of us have experienced some form of telepathy, psychometry, or premonition without giving it much thought. How many times have we thought of someone just before they contacted us, sensed that a place felt heavy or pleasant without knowing why, or had an intuition that something would happen—and then it did?
To enhance our abilities, we first need to become familiar with the energies that make up our energosoma, or energy body. This helps us detect external influences from people in physical bodies and from nonphysical beings. We can also notice when we are affected by the energies of objects and environments.
A valuable tool for developing this perception is Basic Energy Mobilization, which consists of three movements: OLVE—the Voluntary Longitudinal Oscillation of Energy—which should be practiced until it triggers the phenomenon known as the Vibrational State, an intense vibration throughout the energy body; the second movement is exteriorizing energy, and the third is absorbing it.
IAC students also learn about and practice specific techniques for developing other abilities, culminating in the most complex and powerful one: leaving the body, or projecting consciousness.
Anyone with a genuine interest can develop and enhance parapsychic abilities. One of the IAC's objectives is to share appropriate techniques to contribute to the evolution of everyone who understands the value of enriching their parapsychic experiences during their time on this planet.
